Directions for Use: Baths should be taken under white candlelight and with incense made from white sage, rose quartz, amber, or amethyst crystals. Prepare your bath by filling your tub with warm or hot water, adding 1-2 tablespoons of the herbs and bath salt. Immerse yourself in the tub for at least 15 minutes with the mixture of water from the neck down, visualizing all the positive things you long to receive. Then rinse your entire body and dry normally.
