7 Chakra Salt Bath, Cleansing Stagnant Energies & Clearing Blockages

Seven chakra salt baths are used to balance the chakras, purify energy, and remove blockages. Chakras are energy centers in the body that are related to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Directions for use: Baths should be taken under candlelight with the 7 chakra colors to harmonize and balance our energy. You can use incense and energy stones such as lavender, jasmine, rose, or eucalyptus. Prepare your bath by filling your bathtub with warm or hot water, adding 1-2 tablespoons of the contents. Soak in the tub for at least 15 minutes, swirling the water from the top to the bottom to release blocked energy, negative emotions, and old patterns. Then, rinse your entire body and dry normally.
